Is it really free for businesses?
Yes. Posting jobs and receiving bids is free for property managers, landlords, HOAs, restaurants, offices, and any other business account. There are no posting fees, no subscription, and no commissions on the work.
How is this different from Angi or Thumbtack?
Two main things. First, we don't charge contractors per-lead fees — those typically run $15–$150 per lead on other platforms and contractors usually price that into their bids. Second, you get multiple competing bids on every job instead of a single pre-selected match.
Can I post recurring maintenance jobs?
You can post each job as it comes up and re-use the same contractor across jobs once you've found one you like. A built-in recurring scheduler is on our roadmap.
Do you handle payments between us and the contractor?
No. You pay the contractor directly using whatever method you both agree on. Real Time Repairs does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or take a percentage. The price you agree on is the price you pay.
