Run Your Community From One Place — Free
Announcements, resident voting, maintenance tracking, and a private community board for your HOA. Plus verified local contractors when repairs come up. No fees. No payments through the platform. Ever.
Everything Your Community Needs in One Place
Replace the email chains, the Facebook group, and the binder of paper — with tools built for how associations actually run.
Community Announcements
Post updates once and every resident sees them — meeting reminders, rule changes, storm prep, pool schedules. Urgent items get flagged at the top.
Polls & Voting
Put decisions to the community with real polls: set an end date, allow single or multiple choice, and show residents the results. No more counting reply-all emails.
Private Community Board
A message board just for your approved residents. Neighbors post, reply, and like; the board can pin what matters and remove what doesn't belong.
Maintenance Requests
Residents report common-area issues — broken sprinkler, gate light out, pool furniture — and the board tracks each request from pending to done in one list.
Document Library
Keep rules, bylaws, covenants, meeting minutes, and financials linked in one place, so "where do I find the rules?" answers itself.
Resident Directory
An opt-in neighbor directory. Each resident chooses exactly what contact information to share — privacy stays in their hands.
How It Works
Set up in minutes. No software to install, nothing for residents to pay.
Create Your Free HOA Account
Sign up as an HOA in about a minute. Your community gets a private space and a unique invite code.
Invite Your Residents
Share your invite code in a newsletter or at the next meeting. Residents join your private community space — you approve who gets in.
Run Your Community
Post announcements, put decisions to a vote, track common-area maintenance, and keep documents where everyone can find them.
And When Something Needs Fixing…
Your community sits on top of a contractor marketplace. Post common-area repair jobs and get competing bids from verified local pros.
Multiple bids on every job
When common-area repairs come up, post the job and let verified local contractors compete for it. Show your board and residents real comparable numbers, not a single quote.
Verified contractors only
License and insurance information is on file before any contractor can bid. Review credentials before you hire.
No per-lead fees, no commissions
We don't charge contractors per lead, so they aren't pricing platform fees into your bid. You pay the contractor directly — we never take a cut of the work.
You stay in control
The community tools work on their own. Use the contractor marketplace when you need it — there's no obligation and nothing to cancel.
A Tool, Not a Middleman
Real Time Repairs is a communication and coordination tool. We do not collect dues, process payments, hold funds, or take a cut of any work. When you hire a contractor, you pay them directly and the agreement is between you and them.
Why free? Simple: contractors pay a subscription to be part of the marketplace. Your community is what makes it valuable — so the tools are free for you and your residents, and they stay that way.
Give Your Board One Less Headache
Create your community space in about a minute, then share your invite code with residents. No credit card, no contract, nothing to cancel.
Create Your Free HOA AccountFrequently Asked Questions
Is it really free for HOAs?
Yes — completely. HOAs, board members, and residents never pay anything. Contractors pay a subscription to bid on jobs; that's how the platform is funded. There are no setup fees, no per-resident fees, and no premium tier you'll be pushed into later.
Do you collect our dues or handle any money?
No, never. Real Time Repairs does not process payments, collect dues, hold funds, or take a percentage of anything. It's a communication and coordination tool. Your association's money never touches our platform.
How do residents join?
Your HOA account comes with a unique invite code. Residents sign up free with that code, or request to join and you approve them. Only approved members can see your community space.
Is our community board public?
No. Announcements, polls, the message board, documents, and the resident directory are visible only to your approved members. The directory is opt-in — each resident decides what contact information to share.
Do we have to use the contractor marketplace?
No. The community tools stand on their own. But when a common-area repair does come up, posting it takes a minute and you'll get competing bids from verified local contractors — which makes board-approved spending much easier to defend.
What's the catch?
There isn't one, and here's the honest version: your community brings homeowners and repair jobs to the marketplace, and contractors pay us a subscription to be part of it. You get the tools free because your community is what makes the marketplace valuable.
